Cancellations and Refunds:

  • Cancellations made at least one week in advance will receive a 100% refund.

  • Cancellations made at least two business days in advance will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling is possible upon mutual agreement.

Intellectual Property

All content, including AI tools, workshop materials, and consulting strategies, remain the intellectual property of Atelier Barst, the products delivered will be the customers intellectual property.

Content Sharing: Users may share publicly available content from our website, but unauthorised reproduction, modification, or commercial use is prohibited.

Copyright & Trademark: Any intellectual property disputes will be handled through legal proceedings as necessary.

Privacy and Data Collection

Data Collected: We collect user email, name, and company details when they contact us.

Data Sharing: We do not share user data with third parties.
